I read on two message boards people saying they are filing a lawsuit against PP -
http://www.auctionwatch.com/mesg/read.html?num=10&thread=1257&id=1257, and http://www.auctionwatch.com/mesg/read.html?num=10&id=1517&thread=1453.

I was wondering if anyone actually has taken legal action agains this terrible company?
