If someone from England wins an auction of mine and pays by Paypal, do I have to be verified to accept the payment? I am not and have no plans to be verified but I dont want someone to pay me that way and I not be able to retrieve my money. Any help would be appreciated!

Tell them to use BidPay, at www.bidpay.com, and you will get a Western Union money order in the mail. They pay $5 or more and it's all very fast and convenient.

Grtting PP transactions from overseas is extra fees and hassles.

What extra fees does the U.S. seller pay? On my fee schedule it says, "Fees are the same for receiving international payments".

It is the International Buyer (not the seller) that pays the extra fees with Paypal
