Hi. I am currently have some problems with a rogue seller on Paypal.
I purchased an APC SMARTUPS 700 from the seller on eBay. The seller shipped the item to me, but when I opened it they sent me a BestPower Fortress and not the item I ordered. So I sent it back to them and they said they would send the correct one when they got it.
Then they get the item and claim that I changed the item on me. They are not responding to email, and about two weeks ago they had a message saying they were out of town and to call them at a certain # which said out of service.
When I call and talk to someone there they say I need to talk to a certain person, and I leave a message for that person and no one ever calls me back.
I filed the complaint with paypal and almost 30 days have gone by. I called up paypal and someone in the complaint resolution department finally looked at my claim today.
They tell me that I can't get a reversal since I am complainging about the quality of the item. Well now I am without anything to show for the money I wasted. I sent it back and they have not even sent anything back. I have nothing!
I have proof of delivery of the item that I returned to them, and pictures of the item that I recieved and shipped back to them. I have emails from the seller acknoledging that they recieved it, and the fact that they would send out the correct Item when I sent back the item I got.
Paypaldaemon please help me! (the email on the paypal account is [email protected], and the case # is 65172 amount is $155)

I hope you paid via credit card, so chargeback is an option. I have very little faith that the 'buyer protection' will do anything for you. I hope I am wrong, but I doubt it. Good luck...
