I haven't been able to access the PayPal site since last evening.
I am using Netscape and keep getting the message, "No DNS entry"....

Is PayPal down?

Hi,

There are currently no site issues. I would recommend clearing the cache and I would also make sure it reads www.paypal.com in your browser.

If you are still experiencing issues---please feel free to contact me at [email protected] (it could also be a problem related to your ISP)
