I really dislike that people can send payments to non-registered users or non-registered email addresses. This is getting very annoying for us and many other sellers.
You need to not allow payments to be made to non-registered email addresses. I'm really getting sick and tired of having to tell people to cancel payments and no I am not going to add another email address to my account every other day just to accept payments from inconsiderate people who don't ask if we accept paypal, and at what address, before they send.
I don't appreciate spam payments from your service anymore than I appreciate spam email.
This, at the moment, is my main complaint against your service. This needs to be changed.
