Damon... I called paypal and they told me it would take 5-30 days to receive refund on money. I sent seller a payment yesterday but they bounced it awaiting his upgrade to premier or biz acct. the payment was for 600+ dollars which I can't easily make another payment to him for. I had paid it to my credit card so that I would have that money to paypal to him. Now it is in limbo and I can't buy my product.
They are able to take money out in 30 seconds why can't they restore it in 30 seconds????? the CC company does it the second it arrives there so the hold up seems to be in the process paypal uses.
IF this happens regularly (and my CC said it does) I don't think I'm gonna wanna use paypal to be making large payments. I did it right and now I have NOTHING...... HELP!

PS I meant to say that I cancelled the transaction after they notified me of denial because that was the suggestion. they didnt' say anythign on page about moeny taking 5, or 10-30 days to return to credit card
