I am trying to get verified by Paypal so I can withdraw a payment made to me. In my TOS, I accept money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, and Bidpay. Buyer sends me Paypal payment-echeck anyway.
She was on the way out of town. I tell her I will sign up with Paypal, just for that one payment.
I cannot get verified because all my credit cards have four or more numbers on the back, where is the three numbers. I have emailed Paypal and they send me everything but the answer to "what three numbers?".
So Paypal accepts money even though I am not registered with them, I know they say it is her money. Once she sends it to me, I feel it is my money. Crazy thinking right.

On the white line at the back of your card, AFTER the entire card number (which is what, 16 digits long?) there should be 3 digits in italics, especially if it is a newer credit card. ALL cards are being manufactured with this number now and if your card is relatively new it should have this number on it. It's not on the front, with your name. It's on the back, by the line where you sign your name, either on that white area, a bit above or a bit below it.
