really.. a quick answer will only take you a few seconds. Is it that you folks have not implemented a plan, and there is no answer?
I'm not even moaning and groaning about anything, but I seem to see you focus on defending your cvompany rather than answer legimate questions.

Hi blondestranger,
I am actually getting the information on how it is calculated and have not had the response yet. My gut feeling, however, is that refunds are calculated based off of information in the database and they are applied to your PayPal account on a monthly basis.

Hi blondestranger,
Can you give me a hint how this will occur?
We look to see if the user has spent greater than $100 from the 1st to the 31st of the previous month, then we look to see if the user used it at any atm's during that same time. if so, we will credit $1 to the user acct for each time they went to an atm, since we charge them $1. in essense, we rebate our own fee.
And what steps I need to take to have it happen seamlessly?
It is just credited and the user has to take no steps.
