I'm not receiving the "You've got cash" emails at my secondary account and they aren't arriving at my primary account either. I've had 3 payments now in my secondary account that I've gotten no notice for, I've found them accidentally. When the changes were implemented (being able to accept payments at the secondary email) I got the emails fine. Now yesterday I had 2 payments and today 1 so far and nothing. I checked my preferences to make sure I had the box checked to receive an email when I got cash and it is.

Suggestions? Just a glitch? I need the emails to be sent to me because first of all, they notify me of payment and I use it as a hard copy/proof of payment as well as retain mailing information from them.

Libby,

I too, have been missing several 'you got cash' emails as well.

However, everyone, is from a buyer that does not send a verified.. oh wait, 'confirmed' address. wonder if that might have anything to do with it.

Enid

deja deja deja vu believe it and it will come true!

I am having the same problem. I am not receiving email notifications at my secondary address. I should have 3, two of which I had to accept due to an "unconfirmed" address, and one that was from a "confirmed" address. I am not having any problems with my primary address receiving them and all my other mail is showing up just fine at my secondary. Damon, please let us know what it going on. I NEED these notifications to work in an orderly manner.

And before anybody says so, YES, I know I can get the info from my history page, but if I go that route and the notice shows up 3 or 4 days later it causes mass confusion. I run approximately 200-250 auctions a week and don't have time to figure out what has been sent and what hasn't. I have a very nice system running and this is messing it up. I would appreciate getting what I am paying for.

Thanks,
Anne

This happened to me a few weeks ago. I deliberately changed my primary e-mail address to get things working again as it appeared my ISP (PIPEX) was treating the paypal notifications as SPAM. Now paypal have changed the notification rules I too do not receive the payment notifications and it is a pain!

Stephen.
