Hi curiousantiques,
You need to select an image from the list of image names, this will make the image appear as a preview to the right if this list -- then you must click on the little paper clip icon to actually attach that image to the Buy Now item. Then the image will appear below the list of images in the attached images list.

Hi mells,
To the right of the list of images (on the inventory page) there is a picture preview box and the paper clip is the first icon on the left at the top of this box.
