I've posted several auctions to ebay through auction watch. Some didn't get bids and have not been transferred to my storefront. I had thought this was automatic??

And how do you do this, exactly? It would be handy to be able to do this from my closed auctions folder on AW. But the option of relisting it to the storefront does not exist. Do I have to reopen that batch in AmPro and edit and relist each one? TIA

I don't want to relist them with the auction venue, I want to list them from my closed auction folder to my storefront as a fixed-price item. TIA

Hi Nancy,
In order to add a Buy Now (fixed price) item to your Storefront, the listing must first exist in your Auction Manager Inventory. You may use an existing item, or create a new listing.
Once the listing has been created in Inventory, click into the Basic Information screen. On the second line, you will see a Qty Available field. Make sure that the number of items in that field matches the total number of items of that specific inventory item that you have. **Please note - if you have only one item, please DO NOT list it for auction and in your Storefront - AuctionWatch Storefront Buy Now items are completely separate from any auction that may be running.
Once you have specified the number of items under Qty Available, scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see a section titled Storefront Information. In this section, you will need to categorize the item (note that Storefront categories do not match eBay's categories), enter the price, and enter the quantity that you want displayed available in your Storefront. To enter the quantity, you will need to use the small up/down arrows next to the Qty In Storefront field as this field does not accept numerical text entries.
Once you have completed the above steps, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Save" button. Once saved, your item should appear in your Storefront (please refresh the page if you do not see the item.)

Here's I handle posting a closed auction to my storefront. I check mark the closed auction and then hit relist. Then edit the auction and there is a box close to the bottom that says to sell from storefront. Check to the box to sell from storefront, input the quantity and amount. Then save the item, and instead of relisting I cancel the auction. You then have to delete from closed and pending.
Once it posts to my storefront, I do have to edit it because the categories are different, etc. Angela

Thanks Sonya and Angela for your help! I have tried both ways, and both work - Sonya's technique is good if the item already exists in inventory, Angela's is quicker if it does not. And I found another way - instead of working from the closed or inventory folder, I opened the AmPro batch on my hard drive - minimized it and then opened a new batch. I created new Storefront listings for the items by copy and paste from the old auction listing. Then I launched the whole batch to AW. This seems like a longer way around, but has the advantage of being able to work off-line, and not waiting for AW pages to load. Thanks again!
