I've just activated my storefront and wanted to move some unsuccessful eBay auctions into the fixed price area. How do I do that? Also, is there anyway to be able to put the AW Storefront Gallery logo elsewhere in your auction or does it have to be under "Additional Information"? I probably have other questions, but let's start with this.

Hi Toyspast,
If you want closed auctions in your storefront as fixed price items, you will need to save them to your inventory and fill out the storefront information tab for each item in your inventory. Increase the quantity available within that tab to get the item to appear in your storefront.
If you wanted the HTML to the link that gets placed in Additional Information let me know.
I saved my items to inventory when I was filling out the original form. I launched them on eBay. When I went into inventory and chose the storefront site, it gave me the following error: "cannont launch this item on storefront because there is not site information on file". So how do I do it? What am I doing wrong?

Ok, I think I figured it out. I was rather disappointed to see my first item go into the UNKNOWN catagory. I think AW should correspond with eBay's catagories. Just makes sense to me. The only saving grace is your keyword search. Otherwise, this would be a waste of time for me, because people don't want to wade through a hundred UNKNOWN items for what they're looking for.

Hi Toyspast,
When editing the item you wish to place in your storefront, you need to fill out the Basic information tab plus the Storefront information tab. After doing that you should no longer get that message.
