The counter on my store counts me as a hit everytime I view it. I dont want it to count me when I wish to view my store. I want to see how many "real " customers are looking. Is there a way to stop that, or as it is a new store, can I reset the counter ?
Unfortunately the storefront counters are not smart counters -- they are going to count every hit made to your storefront. You can reset the counter though if you like. Go to your Image Hosting tab -- there will be a link on the left hand side towards the bottom that will take you to the counter page. When you are there, look for the storefront counter and hit Reset to reset the counter.
I cannot find the counter reset link you refer to on my image hosting page. Can you oint me to it ? I cannot find any such link at the lower left of the page as you indicate.
