I expect this to be an involved discussion so let me start with the fact that about 45% of my Ebay customers report that they cannot access my store from the WBN notice. Here is a typical comment:


About your site. I tried to go there and the link you have in your
webpage will not resolve correctly. It says site not found. When I
copy and paste the link into a new IE window it works fine. Try
removing the () around the link and do not close the sentence with a
period and see if that helps. I do this geek thing for a living.

OK...I do not do this geek thing for a living so I don't know. I have emailed him for more info. ON the other hand I have had some very nice complements on the site just in the past few weeks.

If anyone knows what this guy is talking about or if your customers have had trouble accessing your store from a WBN would you respond? Thanks!

Hi Baylor45,

Do you know what part of the WBN they are on when this happens? I've tested this from various areas and haven't had trouble opening the storefront.
