Several items that failed to sell on eBay might do better at another time. Meanwhile, I want to save the item information in my AW inventory and make it available in my AW store.
Is there a simple way to do that? These are items I listed on eBay before I joined AW.

Unfortunately because they were created directly on eBay, the only way to get them in inventory is to manually input them one by one -- you can copy and paste the description in the item description box, and then select the category. Once you have all the necessary information there you can fill out the Storefront Information tab to place the item in your storefront.
If you need help as you do this please let us know.
I am working on the process of re-creating the items I listed before AW. I am not happy that the tools don't do this for me--but c'est la vie.
However, today an item failed on eBay that I had listed using AuctionWatch. (I don't remember if it was BE or Pro, and I have both sync'ed so I can't tell...). This shows up as closed (correct), has disappeared from the store (I think incorrect), has disappeared from inventory online (I think very incorrect) and shows up with 0 quantity on the inventory on my computer.
How do I reactivate it? I thought of just changing the quantity on my computer, in SM Pro, by manual intervention, but that seemed like cheating.

The following two items are giving me trouble. Both were listed using Sales Manager tools. The Laserdisc may have been listed with BE rather than Pro; the Generator was listed using Pro.
Hickok Model 292X Generator 1365677294 $35.00 N/A 0 07/16/02
Lone Wolf McQuade LaserDisc 1548606128 $5.95 N/A 0 07/15/02
When I tried to relist the Generator, it said I didn't own it. This one, at least, still showed up in my online inventory--so I launched it again. I don't know if this will show up on eBay as a 'relist' or a new auction.
Lone Wolf McQuade seems to have disappeared from my online inventory. It shows up in 'closed' but if I try to relist it says I don't own it. I want to add it to my storefront rather than relisting on eBay, anyway--but if it's not in inventory how do I do that? My workaround plan is to change the quantity available (now 0) in my Sales Manager Pro copy of inventory--and then to upload it in a batch to the storefront. But this doesn't 'feel' like the right way to do it.
