butterfliesbees	posted on September 4, 2002 08:44:59 PM new How do I know if anyone has added their email to my storefront and how can I email them? I added my own home email to my storefront email list and I had a friend add thier email (not an AW person). I cannot find them anywhere by going SALES MANAGER-> CUSTOMERS-> (CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT) STORE MAILING LIST ????? --WHAT HERE--- Display Results? I get "Your search returned no results!" Advanced Options? Doesn't do anything. Thanks in Advance, Pam

ddeva	posted on September 17, 2002 10:21:29 AM new I tested this feature myself and discovered that no one who used the Storefront link to join was ever put in my "Storefront Mailing List". Instead, anyone using the Storefront link was put in "Mailing List". No big deal for me at this time but could prove confusing to those sellers using this in conjunction with special promotions.

ddeva	posted on September 17, 2002 07:50:22 PM new Sylvia, when you go to "Customers", it should be your very 1st mailing list category. If not, we have different situations . I believe this was a default set up by AuctionWatch since I never set it up. I have Mailing List StoreFront Mailing List and Unfiled as categories.
