Hi
I have gotten a couple of sales that do not look like they ever will get paid. One guy wanted to pay via paypal, but had some kind of trouble with them and gave up, even though I offered him several other options. Two recent ones have said they would pay via online services but i've never seen the money... You know, the usual stuff.
Is there a way to request a refund of the sales charges from AW in these kinds of situations? thanks-

Hi Dragonmom,
Stores are currently free, so you wouldn't have charges on those items. You can put them back in your store for sale by going to inventory and increasing the quantity available scroll in the Storefront Information tab to 1.
