Hi. I currently am only seeting up my store but have on occasion uploaded batches to do test run purchases. The problem I encountered was with being able to change the # of the item ordered. The system allowed for me to enter amounts larger than what was listed in the batch...ie. If I listed 2 of a certain item , I was still able to place an order for several items when in reality only 2 would be available. Can you help?

Hi Vianett,

Are you saying that when you are going through the buy process on your store, you can buy more items than what is available? I am a little confused, please clarify this with me.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi Sonya. Yes. When listing batches if I list say 2 of an item, I am then able to guy through the buying process and purchase any number of that item, 3, 4, or however many. Simply put , it seems that the system is allowing for more of an item to be purchased than what is actually in inventory.
