Where can I find a more detailed explanation of the new fee plans. If I list an item and then increase the quantity do I get billed for a new listing? Is it the same listing fee for any quantity? How long is a listing good for? If I modify a listing does that incur fees etc, etc. And lastly where does one sign up for the new plans? Do the old links work if they were bookmarked or will buyers need to remark them? And on and on.

I would like to know those answers too. Also, if I have a AW power plan can I sign up for a Standard store plan?
Thanks for your questions relating to the new Stores release and pricing plans. We haven't completed all the plan selection pages yet, so please continue to enjoy your store free of charge. We will release the plan selection pages and additional details before the mid-october date mentioned in the announcement. The plan selection pages will be very straightforward when they release, and we'll notify everyone when they are available. We wanted to get these highly requested features out as quickly as possible and didn't want the plan selection pages to hold them up.
davebraun,
We will have more information on the new plans soon, but we wanted to give an overview with the release to give as much information as possible. I just reread the announcement and have to apologize for any confusion about "listing fees." I'm getting the announcement changed now. Our stores do not have any "listing fees" as you know them. We have a variable "sales" fee (final value fee) on the $4.95 plan and a flat "sales" fee (that only occurs on successful sales) of $0.20 or $0.10 for the other two plans. You may list as many items and as many of each item as you want for as long as you want for the single monthly maintenance fee. The old links will still work for your buyers who have bookmarked them.
ihula,
If you are on a AW power plan, you can sign up for the Standard store plan, which is essentially a free store subscription. You would pay just the 1% sales management fee (similar to the Sales Manager Standard Plan) on successful sales. If you select a different plan, you will receive the $4.95 as a credit that reduces your price for that monthly plan as well.
If you have any additional questions, I'll be happy to answer them to the best of our ability. Thanks again for your interest in the Stores functionality.

I created a storefront earlier this year but am not currently using it. I was hoping to start using it this fall but it seems that I may be moving in a few months and don't want to start something I won't be able to maintain while I move (possibly from Canada to Australia). Will I be charged for a storefront that I'm not using? Would it be best for me to close the store and start a new one when I'm moved and settled?

ptimko,
You will have the ability to essentially "go on vacation," thereby enabling you to maintain your store's look and feel and catalog, though it won't be visible to users during this time. So you should keep your existing store, so you do not have to create a new one later. If you have any questions after we launch the plan selection pages, I'll be happy to walk you through this process. Take care.

I need a breakdown of what features will be included with each level of fees.
Please update us ASAP. It will not be worth going to the work of updating my store if the services I want are not included at the lowest fee level. Five dollars the very most I could afford.

Hi ddeva,
All three plans will include the same Stores offering. The $9.95 and $14.95 plans are appropriate for sellers who have higher value merchandise or otherwise prefer not to pay a final value fee for store sales.
