I have a customer who purchased, 2 store items seperately and now I want to combine them but it is not seeing the other sale , please advise if they can be combined

Hello,
You can only combine items that come from the same email address. The two most recent store purchases I see in your closed section appear to have been bought with different email addresses.

THANXS SONYA , INDEED THE ONE I WANTED TO COMBINE HAD ONE EMAIL IN ALL UPPER CASE AND ONE IN ALL LOWER CASE SO IT DIDNT MATCH EM , NOW IT IS WORKING , THANKS AGAIN FOR THE INTERNETS #1 CUSTOMER SERVICE
