Quick question. The store "hit" counter..is it set to roll back to zero when the count goes over 999? This has happened several times in my store and I'd like to know if there is a way to set it NOT to go back to zero...but, to go onto the 4 digit numbers.

Thanks

Oh shucks! This means I've missed a setting somewhere. Hope someone from AW jumps in real soon. I'm only 30 away from going back to -0-

mstwostepin,

I just checked, and your storefront shows 1004 hits, so I think your ok already.

tomwiii,

From the Image Hosting tab, click over on the left to visit the old counter page. From the old counter page, you can reset the default counter on your storefront.

Hello,

You have to look for it in your counter page. It is listed based on the date you started the counter -- in your case it is on the last page of your counters.

My first visit to the counter page. The majority of my counters are closed auctions and sold items... will these counters eventually get archived like the closed auctions? Or do I need to periodically delete the things?

I rarely pay attention to the AW Invisible counter that I have on my auctions as I use another service to manage counter hits and analysis.

Would it be best for me to just turn the AW counters off?

I still want the Store counter, but I wish it was a smart counter too.

Hi Greg,

The counters stay there until you delete them.

Once you create your store counter, it goes into the list of your counters. You should then be able to edit it, and change it to Smart.

Regards,

Sonya
