Good point - I only want to sell to U.S. addresses - no international sales - is there a way to restrict only to U.S. Sales?

Thanks,

This new search engin may have attracted all of the fraud and not the people we are looking for. I tried google and was not happy with them at all. I really doubt that we will be happy with the son of google.

Hello,

While we do not have a feature that allows you to block specific buyers, what you can do is include in your store somewhere some text telling your potential buyers that you are restricting sales to US buyers. You can put it in the text that goes right under your store's title if you want people to see it right away, or you can put it on the About Us page -- basically anywhere you can edit text.

That's a good workaround Sonya, but why not a simple check box in store setup that allows the seller to choose?

If we choose U.S. Only - then the system could be set to only accept U.S. address.

Same could be done for U.S. & Canada Only.

Then open it "full throttle" for full International Sales.

Auction venues allow us to choose where we will sell to... seems the same could work here for our Stores also.

Not to put anyone down, but heck, we have enough trouble getting customers that fluently know the English language to take the time to READ what we DO put in front of their face!

Would be great to see this brought in line with our auction setups.

Thanks,

Sonya,

The problem with your "solution" is it solves nothing and if one of these wonderful people whants to foul your store they can bid on every iten in it and really create a mess. I don't know if you realize it but there are some really bad people out there and some people who like nothing better than to make other people's lives miserable. I have put in my auctions on ebay that I only ship to US addresses but I still have bidders from other countries and the problem continues. By the way since when have ebay and the FBI been associated?

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback and your suggestions. I have logged them for Product Development to review for future versions of the store.

I hope there is a solution. I don't won't to have to request a refund every time one of these people try to make a purchase with a bad credit card.

renright: I think the FBI in this regard probably stands for Fraudulent Bidders Inc.
