lol
thats all you can say on how business has been since being listed in Froogle...Thats sad bro but I feel your pain lol.
I have noticed something though.I make the most sales from my store when I use Google Adwords. It costs me some cheese but I do make sales.Ill tell you what the problem is.
We all could be making more money if we excepted credit cards.I have had countless customers ask me if I did.One time a customer bought an item and then he found out that I didnt except credit cards and then he refused to pay for the item.
Its ok though I signed up with Paymentech and I should be excepting credit cards by Monday.

I use Propay but have to enter the info myself. I would like AW to at least accept the numbers in a secure manner. Sales are bigger when CC can be used. I, too, have lost sales when the buyer couldn't enter a cc right away.

Hello,
Regarding credit card payment -- I have covered this in the other post about it. If you would like to process credit cards you must get a credit card merchant.
Regards,
Sonya

No sales yet, but GREAT hits
Seriously, I look upon my AW store as a long-term deal.
I have a sad suspicion that, in a year, my STORE will comprise 99% of my hobby & feeBay only the 1% I need just to keep my name flaoting around
The STORE is a true BARGAIN (once it catches on!) -- feeBay no longer is

Well... just starting to stock my store... no hits... no runs... PLENTY of errors!
LOL Still waiting to get an answer about Meta Tags and The extreme number of HTML errors in the AW storefront that blocks spiders and bots. (But those are in two other threads).
I love the feeBay term... no doubt!
So much for their commercials... My Way? I don't think so.
Anyway, it is encouraging that I can find my own items and store when I put in keywords that I know and my entry pops up in the #1 spot on Froogle. That is reassuring.
Yeah, for me currently the store is great... those items can sit there until someone DOES come along. No problem here.

HE HE HE..Feebay lol...word..
Yea Im through with Feebay also.Hobby sellers are taking over and selleing there merchandise at unbeleivable low prices which leaves guys like me who are trying to make a living HUNGRY.Its like they buy there items in large quantities then sell it for even lower then they bought it,just to have something to do.Losers..
So yea Im just sticking with my Yahoo! store.Business is always good.Besides,Ebay tries to add fees to anything they can.

Ive been getting alot of sales through my Auctionwatch store ever since I got a Paymentech credit card processing account. The only problem is when they find out that they half to call in the order or be redirected to my Paymentech account in order for them to enter their credit card info, they tell me to cancel their order or they just dont pay at all.I have a total of 9 non paying customers this week and 1 sale.So now Im going to try something new.In my credit card instruction Im tell the customers to enter their credit card info in the message box down at the bottom of the checkout form.Ill just half to copy their info into my merchant account to process their order.

I've had a few sales, but they are all add ons from ebay auction wins. I don't think that I've had any from a frogl link.

It makes you wonder if people actually use Froogle.I have this software that detects where and how my customers were refered and it shows that out of 5026 customers/visiters this week 33 came from Froogle...Yup...

Things that make you go hmmmmm...
Well I'm looking into Google AdWords now... been reading all about it again.
Trying to decide if it would be beneficial for my small corner of the world.

Adwords will cost you more than you make if you dont have a merchant account.
