Hello,
1. Click to relist that item, then use the edit link on the relist page. Check the 'save to inventory' box, then the save button at the bottom of the page.
At this point, you can exit out of the relist process and setup this item for your storefront via the inventory page.
2. All regular auctions you list will automatically track into your AW storefront for viewing. I am not sure what you mean exactly by the 'home page gallery' though?
Some of them will appear on the start page of your storefront as examples.
