Got this message from a customer:
************************************
As mentioned in my other e-mail responding to the storefront confirmation, my shopping cart at your store for some reason didn't contain my eBay purchase, and it didn't seem possible to start over and put the store ads I'd purchased into the cart with the eBay purchase. So I'm having to pay for this separately. Sorry, I'm not sure how that came about.
********************************
Even though the Ebay purchase and the storefront purchase had the same customer email I was not able to combine them either. Any advice for the customer so this does not happen again. Storefront order: 565749028

Hopefully this gets resolved - this should be a transparent function since the auctions and the storefront are presented together in the store.
Doesn't make sense. That's like having the impulse items at a grocery checkstand but telling the customer those have to be rung up separately.
You can almost guarantee that customer (i.e. EVERY customer) won't buy additional items anymore... if they even come back.
What's the word on this AW?

I apologize for the delay in responding to this. The issue has been resolved, so your buyers should now be able to add a fixed-price item as they checkout from an auction purchase.
