In your last post to us I asked how you process your credit card orders. Do you have a way to take them yourself, thus justifying having customers put it in the "Message To Seller" box? Or do you have another merchant to process them for you?

I have a Yahoo! store.I have a merchant account with Paymentech. I process my credit card orders through my Yahoo! store. I have a link on the checkout page and instructions that say...
Credit Card Instructions:
If you would like to pay with credit card please place you're order at our primary website. The link is at the top of the page.
Apparently they are blind becouse they know that there is no place to enter there credit card info but yet they place there order anyways.
Then they email me and tell me to cancel there order becouse there isnt a secure way to enter there credit card info
Most of them are very rude about it as well.
They talk to me like Im a piece of sh@%# or something.
You can understand why Im bustin you're companys bal@s about this.
My bill is already up to $25.00 in Final Value fees this month and I only got 3 sales out of almost 30 canceled orders
Since you process through your Yahoo store and you do have a merchant account, what you will need to do is provide some more directions for your customers regarding payment. Go to My Account > Global Preferences, to the Direct Offline Processing section. You will need to include in the text box a link for payment through your Yahoo Store or Paymentech -- since you process through your Yahoo Store, I imagine that they have a URL where customers can input their information.
When you do this, you will see on your checkout pages that the link is included in that box with the instructions. Let me know if you need the HTML tags to make it clickable.
Regarding your bill -- please send an email to [email protected] and explain what has happened if you are interested in getting a refund for the fees from our site.
