I am trying to list some auctions. Every time I try to upload my photos it tells me I have to choose a store plan. I have the standard manager plan with no monthly fee. Do I have to take a Vendio Store plan with a monthly fee if I don't want to use it?

Hello manyirons,
You do not have to select a store plan to upload images. This is most likely a browser cache issue. Please try clearing your browser cache, then close and reopen it. Log back in using http://www.vendio.com. If you are unable to clear the plan selection page using these steps, please let us know what browser/version you are using.

I cleared the browser cache and tried again to upload the images. I got this message
Image uploading has been temporarily disabled for the following reasons:
Stores plan expired
Please click here to learn more and select a payment plan.
I can't find any place to tell it I don't want a store plan.
Please help I need to get this auctions started.

I tried again to upload 2 images. I clicked upload and after a minute or so it went back to the page where you upload images and said no images uploaded. The images I am trying to upload are in jpg. format.

I have just tested your account, and it is working now. I think it just took a little time for the account to reset. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble, but you should be OK now.
