I did what you said and I emailed the address you gave me and this is what I got back....
Hello,
Did you follow Sonya's directions on requesting the refunds for these
the correct way also?
Just in case, I will paste it below for reference.
In the event that your buyer does not complete a transaction for a
fixed-price Store item, you may request a refund Store line item fee.
To request a refund, please use the below URL, and be sure to select
Stores from the menu.
Please note that you must be logged in to access this form.
To add the item back to your Store inventory, go to the corresponding
Inventory item in Sales Manager, and increment the inventory quantity
manually. Scroll down, and increment the quantity available in the
Store. Save, and the item will reappear in your Store inventory.
So I was right. I half to wait for you to charge me then I get my refunds.
You know what I think its time to list more canceled orders....

They cancel when they find out there isnt a secure way to enter their credit card info.
I put a link and instructions for them to purchase their order at our Yahoo! store but alot of them dont see it. I dont know why they dont see it becouse it is very hard to miss. What I dont understand is why they place their orders when they are not going to pay anyways.
Right after I get the email confirmation of a storefront purchase they email me and tell me to cancel.

At least you get an email Big City...I get silence. I had a $100 order last night..customer had trouble with cart and then saw no place for a credit card. I wait about 10 days and then after no response to emails, return the goods to inventory and file for a refund. I have checked into Verisign but I am confused as to where to get a merchant account and then how to hook that up with Verisign. If we just had a secure spot, that would be good for the customers. I will do the acutal processing. I do see that companies like 2Checkout.com work with existing shopping carts. Can VD give us some info on how we can work with these type of companies? It is very disheartening to see sales evaporate this way.
