I'm a brand new Vendio user so I apologize if this is a FAQ. I did look quite a bit and didn't see anything in the docs I could find.

I appreciated the customization options you folks provide for the storefront, but it's just not quite enough to get a look-and-feel consistent with my existing site. I'm also scratching my head a bit when it comes to integrating the Vendio store navigation with my own site's.

Are there more advanced customization options hidden somewhere or a published API that would allow me to simply add "Add to Cart" buttons on my own site, a "Checkout" link to Verio, change the Verio "Continue Shopping" button to point back to my own site, etc.?

I.e., simply use Verio for inventory management, shopping cart functionality, auction tracking, etc., but handle the design of my product "gallery" myself?

Any pointers/tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ken

Ack. Please substitute "Vendio" for every mention of "Verio" in the post above. Verio is my ISP and what with the AuctionWatch name change and all it's going to take me a while.

Vendio. Not Verio. Vendio.

Ken,
In your original post you can click "edit" and change each Verio to Vendio - or not.

"Edit" is to the right of the posting date and time line above your message.

Just thought I would point that out for you.

And welcome to Vendio!

Greg

Thanks Greg. I probably should have looked a little harder for the "edit" button but I thought the Verio/Vendio irony deserved a post of it's own

By the way, I signed up with this ID for my two-week trial but realized when it came time to "do business" I should really be using "ksvintage", which is my eBay ID.

So if you see follow-ups to this from "ksvintage"...

...it's still me.

I spent a bit more time on site integration over the weekend, and just can't find a clean way to use the Vendio store as-is.

As I mentioned in my first post, any tips at all would be greatly appreciated.

Should I be asking in a different forum, by the way? Is this really "Store Manager" functionality that I'm talking about or is there something else more "shopping cart"-like?
