Not sure if this is the right forum but since it goes to the Store thought I would ask.

I'm concerned about customer frustration level.

My concern is in reference to FINDING the items in my store that are shown in my eBay Auctions Sample Items that appear below my ENLARGED Vendio-hosted image (in the auctions).

I intentionally create my image size for my book auctions to be large enough to prompt the "Click Image To View Larger Version" so that my other items at auction appear to the viewer - and hope they will click on one of those to land at my store.

This works great EXCEPT the item they actually click on doesn't show up - instead they land at my Store (which is great) but six DIFFERENT items now appear in the Sample Items box (which is NOT good) - the item the customer was interested in is now lost in the sea of items I have to offer. That could be frustrating enough to just move on and not mess with "hunting it down".

I understand the point of the other eBay items showing, as that is the only way eBay would allow the link - but I would suggest that the item that drew the customer's attention and that is clicked to be readily visible to the customer on click-thru - maybe coding the "clicked" item as an anchor item to appear and populate the OTHER five spots in the Sample Items with NON-AUCTION items.

I think it would be a great asset to the customer and the sellers.
