Is there a way to change the payment reminder that is sent for a storefront item? That is, without changing the global preferences for all payment reminders?
I get a lot of "shoppers" who do not follow through with their purchase. If I could send them a payment reminder (which does not have the wording about winning an auction) that would be nice.

I just received an email from a customer that said he didn't remember "bidding" on an item he got a payment reminder for (automatically) - this was for a Store purchase... not an auction.
This is confusing store customers - not to mention me!
I second the motion of the notion to align Store communications separate from auction communications. This would fall in line with Vendio's broadened scope of providing more than just "auction watching".
Thanks,

When I click on the order, I do not see an option for a payment reminder on a storefront order.
Since Vendio changed it's name in order to work more freely with markets outside of auctions....I'd like to suggest that some of the preferences will have to be altered to reflect storefronts vs auctions.

I just checked again. If I click on "post sale"; awaiting payment; I am allowed to "preview" the payment reminder....but, not edit it. So, the reminder would still go out to my storefont buyer with the "auction" verbage in it. The only way that I can see to change this is to change my global preferences, send the reminder, then go back and change my global preferences.
