I have had almost every customer who purchased a store item want to be able to refer back to an online invoice as in when an auction wbn stays online , but store items once checked out no longer stay with a wbn/invoice.
When you click on that link for this item in your closed section, you can still pull up a brief summary of the item purchased and for what price. If a buyer wanted to see the item again, you could send them this same URL, as they would be able to see it (IE: its not something that only loads because you are logged into your account.)
However, we do understand what you are referring to, where the buyer can just go back to this page on their own without contacting you for the information. We will be happy to pass along your comments as a request to leave a confirmation page up and viewable for your buyers in the future.
