.... on the Home Page of our Vendio store, the hit counter is just \'a number\' ... [where-as on an auction page, the hit counter reads \"This auction has been viewed ____ times\"] .... ... I\'ve asked you several times over the past few years if you could add some text next to the Store HomePage\'s counter that makes some sense to the new \'visitor\', preferably a message that might even <b>IMPRESS</b> them! ... such as \'You are shopper number ____ to visit EstateSaleStuff\' [that might impress \'em! and it would impress US too if you would do that for us] .. or something simpler even, to explain what the heck that number represents ... ... newbies don\'t know, ya know!
You\'ve always replied here to my suggestion that you have forwarded that idea to your development team ... so please bump this simple idea up to them again.
