Is there anyway to make your store name appear on invoices printed out for customers? Or to add our logo to the invoice?
I don't have a problem with Vendio or my customers having my name, but I am trying to promote my store. I want my store name, business name and image to stick in customers minds. I enclose a business card in every order and put a sticker on the outside of every box and envelope. I also make sure that every auction has my store name and a certain animated dog featured. It would really be a boost to have my store name and/or logo on the invoices that are included in the packages.
Also, Network Solutions are about to stop supporting stores. I now have the gift shop on my website directed to my Vendio store. So, it's not just a "add-on" to my auctions now. I really like being able to manage my auctions and web site sales with Sales Manager. All the folks complaining don't know what a good system they have in the Sales Manager. It makes some of the minor things they are complaining about easy to live with.

Hello Debbie,
At this time there is no way to add your own logo to the invoice, however if you did want your company name to appear, there is a workaround you could use. Doing so would make your buyers make out checks or money orders to your store name though instead, as long as that is ok?
From the My Account tab, click on the Personal Information link found within. This is where you could change your regular name to your business name instead, so it appears that way on your invoices.
