Received this email from a customer this morning ... this is probably the third or fourth time a customer has told me this. Is there something within one of my auctions that is causing this??? Thanks for the help ... Another customer, not auction, but storefront, wrote to tell me that paypal wasn't working, she wound up ordering it twice to try to make it work ... item #617829123 and 617822024. Thanks for the help.
=======================================
I went to your checkout page, and it said the item was still open for bidding, even though I won the item last night. I am leaving for work shortly & was trying to pay right away. We are expecting a hurricane/tornados possibly Thurs night/Friday & was trying to pay all of my ebay accounts incase communications go down in the area.
Better safe than sorry. I am so excited about this bag. My daughter is an army wife & very difficult to buy gifts for since they move frequently. This might be the only Christmas for a while that we have here on the East Coast, as a whole family. I know she will love the bag! She leaves in March (who knows where to this time) she just got here last Feb from Alaska)

Hello,
If an item says it is still open for bidding during the checkout process, it probably has not yet moved down from active to closed. I see it is in closed now so she should be able to complete checkout.
Regarding your store winner, did she tell you what happened when she tried to pay via PayPal? I reviewed your settings, and you have your email address for PayPal stored properly.

Thanks for the quick response -- I will check with the store winner to see what the deal was when she tried to pay.
Oft times it's totally "user" error ... it just seems like there's a lot of them that get confused.
They are smart enough to turn on the computer, seems odd that so many get confused when it comes to paying.
It really is a pain when they don't use the checkout to pay. I'll look at my instructions and see if maybe I've said something that's confusing to them.
