I went into my account and retrieved the reference number for five items that were ordered in my store, but never paid. When I go to enter those reference numbers in the refund section, I get a message that reads .... reference number not valid...
How do I apply for credit from Vendio for these items?

What is one of the item ID numbers, and where in your statement does it appear? I'll try it from here, to see if I can get it to go through for you.
