can I upload inventory to my store vai spreadsheet or csv file??

Hello,

You can upload the CSV file to our offline program, Sales Manager Pro, and launch to your Vendio store through Pro. Store items are managed in online inventory so this would put those items into your inventory. Here is some more information regarding importing:
