OK, Three quick questions.

1. My current Ebay auctions are not showing up in my store. Is there a 24 hour lag on this like the search.

2. When I use the search within my store it will not pull up items. When I search all stores with the same entry my store items show. Is there a difference between the stores search and the search located within a store. I am searching on items like 3-18 I understand that the - turns into AND.

3. If i create an item in inventory with a qty of 1 then launch it to the store, is there a way to also launch to ebay auction without manually chaning the store count to 0 for each item. I do not want to list 2 in my iniatial qty because if I sell one on ebay then I would not have the one in the store but it would still be listed.

Thanks in advance. I have searched the community archieves but have been unable to find answers.

Hello,

I've checked your store and your eBay auctions are all showing in the eBay Auction Gallery. There is typically a 2 hour delay in new autions posting in your Vendio store.

What are you searching, in your store? Give us a couple search terms so we can try it as well.

I'm not sure what you are asking in number three -- are you asking if an item you launch as an auction will show in your Vendio store? If you had an item in your store then launched another at auction without changing the store count to zero, that will essentially appear as if you have two of the item available -- one in your store, and one as an auction.

Sonya

Sonya,

Thanks for the quick reply. My auctions are now showing up in the store, it was just a matter of time, lesson learned.

2. Here is something to search 35-17 if you search my store it will not pull up the item. If you go to Vendio and search all stores it will pull up the item. As a matter of fact my store is the only one with the item listed. In the title of all of my auctions I put the items Manf number in the format of **-** and that is how I am searching because that is how customers will look for the items. The number i.e. 35-17 is contained in the body of the item as well as the title. If you look at my store all of the Sams photofacts contain a number in that format so you can search for any of them for a test.

3. From your reply to a previous post that your inventory would update if you sold an item at auction that was launched from inventory I was hoping there was a way with a qty of 1 to launch an auction without having to go into my store and set the item to qty of zero. That is one for the designers. Because I sell items that are paticular to a certain make and model of radio I may have 3000 differnt ones of them in my store with only a qty of 1 each. In order for me to say throw 250 of them up on ebay as auctions, I will have to go into my store and change the 250 listing individually to qty 0 or else I will be double selling the item. There should be an easier way to do this. Maybe a screen where you can update qty's of your store items in mass instead of going into 250 individual items.

Thanks

Hi there,

Thank you for your feedback. I believe that a bulk-edit function for inventory is being considered, so we may have something in the works that will make it easier for you to change the Qty in Store without having to click into each inventory item.

As for the search issue, it does look like the "-" character is throwing it off. I did a search under 3517 and got numerous results. I will be logging a bug on this issue.

Thanks,

Diana
