I have had many customers complain that they cannot add additional items to their basket after initial purchase. The system will not allow them to continue. Is this a common problem with other stores? My Vendio store is listed on the web as www.kozersky.com.
Have you tried this in your own storefront and been able to see these effects? I checked your storefront from my machine, but was able to click on the 'continue shopping' button without losing my previous items once new ones were added to the cart.
I was able to add a total of 5 items without losing any when I click to continue shopping.

I had an international buyer whose chief complaint was that after putting something in cart, and requesting to resume shopping he was not taken back to his Search page. He had to do the Search over and over, finally gave up.
My second customer has a credit card declined and then could not get back into his cart.
