I have a customer who ordered the same item twice. how do I erase one of the orders so that I do not get charged a fee for this non existent sale.
You can simply archive the duplicate order and then apply for a refund with us, stating it's a duplicate purchase. To request a refund, please use the below URL, and be sure to select Stores from the menu.
