Hi and Happy New Year!
I have been generating a lot of sales in my store lately that are actually being paid for!!! Pretty Awesome, huh?
Anyway, is there a way to go to buyer checkout? I had a client who completed checkout and then didn't pay. When he received the payment reminder, he said he couldn't find it in his auctions and would I please invoice him.
I did but it would have been so much more beneficial if I could simply have sent him a link to the checkout he completed like I can with auctions.
Also, are payment reminders sent out automatically as they are with my auctions or do I need to send them manually?
One final question, I read the posts and see there are a lot of valid suggestions and good ideas. Rather than repeat them here, can I just say I am all for them and it will count as client input?
