I initially checked it and now I've changed my mind. How do I deselect it????? That checkmark icon won't turn into that cross icon again. Please help! Cheers, Simon!

Hello,

Did you do this through the create listing link for an auction? If so, and these items are in your store right now, you will need to go to Sales Manager and click on Inventory -- look up each item -- and edit it, to move the quantity in store value back down to zero. This will drop the additional item out of our store.

Regards,

Sonya

Dear Sonya! First off, thanks for writing back. No this is not an auction. It's a store item only. Under INVENTORY MANAGEMENT, there's a TAB heading towards the bottom: "YOUR VENDIO STORE INFORMATION". On that tab, there's a PROMOTE MORE ITEMS option and tells us to CHOOSE ITEMS. When I hit CHOOSE ITEMS, it takes me to another page - Post Sale Express: Promote Other Items. I accidentally CHECKMARKED one of my items linking it to another one. I now wish to DESELECT this. But it won't allow me to. Any suggestions??? Thank you! Simon!

Hi Simon,

If you go to your item in inventory, select it and click the Edit button, you'll be able to take off the item you set up for cross sell. There is a tab called Your Vendio Store Information -- you will see in the Promote More Items section, the item you attached. Click the Remove link, then click Save at the bottom. This should take off the cross sell item for that item.

Regards,

Sonya

When auction closes. I want to list that item in stores. but when I go to inventory, it appears I have to do all the work again ie photo description price. Can't I just reload it over? thanks in advance

Hello,

All you would need to do is copy the closed listing to your inventory. Please follow these steps:

1) Go to the 'Closed' section of control panel
2) Select the item you wish to copy, and click the 'relist' button
3) Click on the 'edit' link next to the selected item
4) Scroll to the bottom of the item listing, click the box next to 'save this item in my inventory', then click the 'save' button
5) Cancel relist if you wish to just save and not relist the auction

Note that the listing will be saved into the "unfiled" folder in Inventory.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Sonya
