My Vendio store has been picking up in business but in most cases the buyer never pays me. I give people plenty of options to pay but they never follow through. I would like to see something like Pay Pal's immediate pay button.

I also want to know how I can get credit back from Vendio for sales that I do not get paid on.

The URL can be found on our site by clicking the "Got questions about this statement?" link on your statement.

We will be handling refunds on a case-by-case basis, so please be as clear and concise in detailing the problem as possible.

Unfortunately we do not yet support the immediate payment feature for PayPal. We are currently evaluating support for this feature in the future.
