Is it possible to remove the Ebay listings from my Store page? I want to set different prices and policys for each of my stores.

Hello,

Listings you create through Sales Manager to eBay cannot be removed from the store, if it is the same account. If you want to keep a store that does not display any eBay listings, you will need to open a new Vendio account strictly for a store.
