i am using sales manager pro, and i have an ebay store, and i also have a vendio store. why does the mystore come up sometimes when i create a listing, and other times ebay store comes up. each listing is created slightly differently, and i can't figure out which is which. question: should i have both stores? and if so, do my listings show up both places? how can i turn off vendio store?

Hello,
The 'choose site' window is to choose a venue. My Store is for listing to your Vendio Store. Unfortunately you cannot get this removed from there. eBay Stores comes up in the dropdown at the bottom of that window when you choose eBay as the venue. It is up to you if you want to have both stores. If you had a Vendio Store, anything you listed through Vendio will appear in your Vendio store. If you had an eBay Store, any auctions you launch to eBay will appear in your eBay store.
