If a customer purchases an item in the store and they lose the info, how do I resend them an invoice? I had a customer purchase one item and then told me she needed an invoice, but I don't have the option to send a WBN for store items.
You should receive a copy of the notice sent that confirms a purchase has been made. If you still have that you can email it to your customer, as it details the purchase information.
