I had a store purchase this afternoon. I received the paypal payment at 4:03 PM. But, as of 5:24 PM, it is not showing up in sales manager.
Also, sold an eBay auction this afternoon,it's showing up in sales manager. But, the checkout email was not sent automatically. I went in to manually send the checkout email and (although it is showing checked, NO checkout email copy was sent to me.
Is Vendio having a "glitch" this afternoon?????
I can't mail what my store buyer purchased until I'm sure of exactly what she purchased! I sell a lot of items that "sound" alike....but, aren't necessarily the same.
The item was archived -- probably accidental, especially if you were archiving items at the same time. I have unarchived it for you so it's now in Closed Items. You may proceed with post sales as usual.
I'm also going to delete your post from the Sales Manager forum, since we've covered the issue here.

Sonja, thanks for all of your help with this! I think that I've figured it out.
Buyer purchased item on 6/25, stating that she would paypal the payment; I never heard from buyer (after numerous emails), so, I archived the item. Who would have thought that she would "appear out of the blue" and make payment? I figured that she was another "shopper" with no intent to pay!
