Hello,

What is the item format you are using for the batch item that originated from your inventory item?

If you are trying to synch offline inventory to online inventory, please be aware that you cannot do that in Pro. You can, however, upload a store item from inventory so that it goes into your online inventory. It is not necessary to enter a quantity available for these "Store" items - you can upload an item with zero available in the Store and use the resulting inventory item as an auction item when you are ready to list.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi Sonya,
I don't think you understand. I want to put items in my Vendio store without having to recreate the listing. I have them in my inventory on my computer in SMPro not in the on line inventory. I have tried to copy and paste and also drag and drop an item from the inventory into a new batch. Then I select to my vendio store. When I click OK is when I get that message. I can't finish it I have to cancel. I have gave up on that. I seen another post and they are wanting to do the same as me. I want to take all the items that I have in my ebay store (which are in my inventory on my computer in SMPRO) and put them in my Vendio store. Christopher sent work around instrustions to that person so they can take ebay store listings and put them into the vendio store. Can I please have those instructions? If this is a common problem why don't you just post those instructions somewhere? Thanks
