I've never gotten it quite clear what the process is when a person buys from the Vendio store.

Do they get that WBN from Vendio, or any other correspondence acknowledging their purchase with instructions?

I just noticed a sale in May I didn't know happened. I'm sure you sent an e-mail to me. I just missed it. But if I then did not contact the buyer, did he get anything from Vendio about how to pay and then ignored it? Or did he receive nothing.

Hello,

When someone purchases from your Vendio Store, you and them get emails regarding the purchase. They will need to complete purchase at time of completing checkout as there is no WBN for store items (unless combined).

Your buyer from May probably ignored the email.

When you say the buyer receives an e-mail after they purchase, is it an e-mail from me, i.e. something like a WBN that I can modify?

Or is it a generic e-mail from Vendio telling them to deal with me?

It is not editable. Store WBN's are not editable. Here is what it will look like:

The email addres it will come from will be: [email protected]
