Hello,

Note that automatic resizing will -only- be activated if an image is over 250 pixels wide. If your image is 250 pixels wide or smaller, there will be no "click to view larger version" option on your listing.

Christopher

Hi - I am still confused-- I have 2 items (for example) on my Vendio store - they are too small to see detail and do not have the zoom feature- however on ebay they are large and look fine... same pictures for both - why the difference? ex. 1- ebay pic. is 341x540 but vendio store is 150x238 (not big enough and no zoom) ex. 2- ebay pic. is 539x347 and Vendio store is 250x161(not big enough and again no zoom) both pictures are hosted on Vendio and the same pic is used. If the pics are not zoomed it will be hard to sell because you cannot see the detail--please help--thanks

Hello,

What is the name of the store item (or the URL of it, in your store)? We'll need to take a look.

Sonya

Thank you so much for your assistance - I'm probably doing something different but just can't figure it out-- item #786706839 - the pic in my Vendio store is 150x238 with no zoom so too small for details, ebay same listing is 341x540 - item #786706838- the pic is 250x261 again too small for detail and on ebay it is 539x347. I do my hosting with Vendio and don't know if I did anything different when putting them in the store - I keep the pics the bigger size so the details can be seen on ebay instead of resizing ---thanks again

Hi there,

I'm not sure what's going on with these items. It appears Ebay has closed them. If you get anymore examples of this. Please let us know.

Thank you!

Bob

Hello,

Did you recently activate the image resize option? If you did, and it was after creating these items, the 'click to enlarge' would only appear if you detached then reattached the images to the auctions.

Hi - I do not remember doing anything with the image resize option but I have been editing some of my items to do relistings and such with new info and I do remember a couple times where I had to reattach the image. Now- the real issue is - I want the larger images on my ebay listings so that the details can be seen so I do not want Venedio to resize them - but I realize those images are too big for the Vendio store listings so will they automatically get resized and then the zoom is included for my 't find it now to check that I do not want my images resized for my autions? thanks so much - hopefully this will clear this up- again thanks for your assistance

Hello,

We don't resize the actual image -- what the resize option does is insert a smaller version of it that when clicked, leads the buyer to the original full sized version. If you want to see an example, try this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MfcISAPICommand=ViewItem&item=7333852976

Hi- Sorry to seem ignorant here but still can't figure it out. My ebay site pictures are OK- I have large pictures that do not need to be clicked on to enlarge. My question is about the items I am trying to put in my Vendio store. The same item shows up with a smaller picture and some of them say zoom and others don't. If I click the pic even though it doesn't say zoom, it will enlarge-but does everyone know this? I just want ALL the smaller pics in my Vendio store to say zoom to enlarge and don't know how to do it. I tried to reattach a pic and it didn't work. I can't open my store untill I can get this figured out. P_lease help--

Hi - can someone please help out and tell me how to get my pics right in my Vendio store- I have been working on my store for about 2 weeks and it's still not opened. If I can;t get this worked out I'll just have to close the store which I really don;t want to do.---From what I understand(??)--since my pictures are bigger they should automatically be smaller in my Vendio store with the zoom to enlarge--but I just listed a couple new items last night and it didn't work that way

Hello dd731,

Our apologies for the confusion. When you attach more than one picture in your storefront, they are resized to only 100 pixels wide and given the word 'zoom' just below them.

When you only attach one image to your storefront listings, then we resize the images down to 150 pixels wide. These images will also have the link/border around them and make your cursor turn to a hand when placed over the image, they simply dont have the word 'zoom' just below.

We will pass along a suggestion on your behalf to make the larger thumbnails/links labeled the same as the smaller ones.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Regards,
Christopher
